Perfect location inside ancient city walls. Quiet courtyard. Well-organized rooms with everything needed. Very helpful staff who speak English. Good services: laundry, tour to waterfalls, station drop-off.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the center of town was perfect for exploring all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, even making arrangements for us to rest in another room before check-in time later in the morning. The room itself was very comfortable, with air conditioning for those hot days and a cozy sitting area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV for some leisure time. The dining restaurant on-site provided delicious meals, and we loved being able to dine outdoors in the beautiful courtyard. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a great choice for families.

The hotel was located in a very quiet street, but still close to public transportation. the cafe on North Street had good coffee, and the hotel was situated in the historical center of the city.

The shower in the room had an odd setup that made it inconvenient to use.

The hot water wasn't consistent, which made it difficult for us when showering. , we struggled with the payment methods as we were not able to use our western cards, and getting cash out in the area was quite challenging.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the historic town and close to everything. The courtyard looks beautiful at night and the staff is very welcoming. Additionally, the facilities are good and the hotel is very clean.
